The Spring Grassroots Leadership Academy Conference is coming to the Jones County Civic Center on March 19–20 and we invite you to be part of this exciting opportunity.This two-day event is designed to empower emerging and established leaders with the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to create meaningful change in their communities. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, program sharing, and networking opportunities with community leaders and practitioners from across the region.We especially encourage residents from Jones, Craven, and Onslow counties, along with grassroots and nonprofit leaders, government staff, and community service providers, to attend and share in this collaborative learning experience.The conference will feature two workshop tracks, along with some plenary sessions highlighting local leaders:
- Community Leadership Development Track: Learn how to facilitate community leadership programs in your own community using the Community Voices program.
- Special Topics Track: Explore important topics for community leaders and graduates of the Leadership Academy who want to strengthen their skills and apply them locally.
Lunch and resource materials will be provided on both days. We invite you to come learn, connect, and grow with others who are committed to strengthening our communities.
