The Fermentation class held on November 17th, spearheaded by the talented Family & Consumer Sciences Agents, Jessica Gardener and Sarah Ware, was nothing short of a resounding success! A total of 16 enthusiastic participants joined in the culinary adventure, making it an engaging and memorable experience for all involved.

Under the expert guidance of Jessica and Sarah, attendees not only gained valuable insights into the art and science of fermentation in a classroom setting but also had the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and actively participate in the process. The star of the day was undoubtedly the hands-on sauerkraut-making session, where creativity and curiosity converged.

The success of the November 17th Fermentation class stands as a testament to the dedication and expertise of Jessica Gardener and Sarah Ware, whose infectious enthusiasm and knowledge left a lasting impact on all who attended. As jars of homemade sauerkraut now sit patiently on kitchen shelves, fermenting into delicious perfection, the memories of this class will undoubtedly linger, inspiring participants to continue their journey into the world of fermentation with newfound confidence and excitement.
