MATERIALS

Sample containers are not provided by NCDA&CS or our office.

  • Submit 12–16 oz of a representative sample in a plastic (not glass) bottle. Used beverage containers with the labels removed work great! Be sure to rinse the container prior to sample collection; do not use soap.

  • Our office charges a courier fee based on your sample’s weight. Our office does not keep change so please bring exact cash or check only. See the chart below for our current fees. (As of 1/10/2023)

Your results are sent to the email address you wrote down on your Sample Information Sheet.

Don’t have an email? No worries!  You can look up your Solution Sample Results online using your name and address!
