Solution Sample Testing + Fees

Test your ponds! Be sure to label your bottled up sample(s) with your name, county, date, and your sample ID.

MATERIALS


Sample containers are not provided by NCDA&CS or our office.

  • Submit 12–16 oz of a representative sample in a plastic (not glass) bottle. Used beverage containers with the labels removed work great! Be sure to rinse the container prior to sample collection; do not use soap.

  • No Rush Shipping  -  Thanks to our Regional Agronomist, we now offer FREE shipping for samples that can be sent a bit later. These samples will be sent within 2 weeks. Note that NCDA's Sample Test fees still apply.
  • Daily Shipping  - Need your sample shipped immediately? We can send it right away! Our office charges a courier fee based on the sample's weight. Our office does not keep change so please bring exact cash or check only. See the chart below for our current fees. (As of 5/28/2024)


PALS ACCOUNT


 

Effective January 6, 2025, clients and advisors will only be able to access reports where submissions were made in their names, which includes being an advisor. This will require clients and advisors to create a PALS online account and login to find reports.

RESULTS


  • Your results are sent to the email address you wrote down on your Sample Information Sheet.
  • Once logged into your account, reports can be found under the link: “Show My Reports.”
  • For recent submissions, clients and advisors who are listed on submission forms will continue to receive an email link to their reports.
