Sourdough 101, a beginner-friendly class designed to teach you the basics of sourdough baking. In this informational session, you’ll learn how to create and maintain a starter, understand the dough-making process, and gain the knowledge needed to bake your first loaf. Hosted by Sarah Ware, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent with N.C.
