Led by our Jones & Onslow County Family & Consumer Science Agent, Sarah Ware, this series will guide you through the entire process, from creating and maintaining a sourdough starter to kneading and shaping the dough.
Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a beginner, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to enhance their breadmaking skills. You’ll gain valuable insights, tips, and tricks that will elevate your homemade bread to a whole new level.

Please note that this class series will be offered in multiple levels, and participants must complete the Introductory class before enrolling in any advanced courses.
