The purpose of emergency planning is to mitigate, respond, and recover from an emergency or natural disaster in a timely manner. Incorporating tree inventories, risk assessments, and remedial and routine tree maintenance as part of your emergency management plan can help in withstanding the impacts of changes to the urban forest.
