State 4-H Hay Bale Decorating Contest
- 4-H Families, who wants to enter a statewide 4-H hay bale decorating contest? Spend time as a family and decorate your hay at your own home, submit a photo of your creation to Mrs. Samantha by November 18th and she will enter you in the state competition. Check out the rules below and contact Mrs. Samantha with any questions!
